ABSTRACT
This study examines the effect of foreign movies as it affects the cultural heritage of Nigerian society. Much after the independence among African continent. One of the major pre-occupation that African leaders has to contend with the restoration of African culture in their unsullied form which was polluted by European masters during their reign. Unfortunately, the mentality and lifestyle of African has been affected by exposure to foreign movies. The same goes to Nigerian Society which is where the study is focused. The study therefore focuses on the student in The Ibarapa Polytechnic, Eruwa. The study then concluded by prescribing a way forward towards the restoration and promotion of African Culture.
